Terms of Use
Last updated 24 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the sacca.au website and, where you access it, the SaccaCare platform, operated by Sacca Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) in Melbourne, Australia. By using the website or the platform you agree to these terms.
Your agreement with your organisation comes first
The SaccaCare platform is provided to community-care organisations and their service partners under a separate service agreement. If you use the platform through such an organisation, that agreement governs the service itself and prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency. These terms then apply to your individual use.
Accounts and access
Access to the platform is by invitation from an organisation that uses SaccaCare. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell your organisation or us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised, and don’t share an account between people.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website or platform unlawfully, or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights;
- access, or attempt to access, information about participants or organisations you are not authorised to see;
- interfere with the operation or security of the service — including probing, scanning or testing it without our written permission;
- introduce malicious code, or scrape or bulk-extract content or data;
- misrepresent who you are or who you act for.
We may suspend access that we reasonably believe breaches these terms.
Intellectual property
The website, the platform and their content (other than data belonging to provider organisations and their participants) are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use them as intended; no other rights are granted. Data an organisation brings to the platform stays that organisation’s.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Service changes and availability
We work to keep the service available and dependable, but the website and platform are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change or improve features over time; changes that materially affect an organisation’s service are handled under its service agreement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, and our liability is otherwise limited to re-supplying the relevant service. Liability in connection with an organisation’s use of the platform is dealt with in its service agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
